Recently, our backend systems went offline.
The software vendor botched a server upgrade and are currently working to restore services but have not provided any timeline.
As the region’s leading virtual airline, this extended downtime falls short of the experience we strive to deliver and for this we apologize. Since mid-2019, management has been exploring options to transition SVAG onto a next-generation platform.
With the latest VAFS outage, we have accelerated these efforts on all fronts.
I am pleased to announce that the system is now undergoing testing to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible for all pilots, with an official launch targeted for February 1. We seek your patience as we work to bring you a brand new experience that will last into the next decade and beyond.

For new pilots, please be assured that your applications have been processed and will be automatically streamlined onto the new platform as well.
