Dear Pilots,<\/p>\n

Earlier this month we shared with you our plans for the rollout of an underlying systems upgrade from PHPVMS version 5 to version 7.
\nThis took place over the weekend and we are pleased to report all services are up ahead of schedule.
\nDuring this migration downtime we have also taken the opportunity to upgrade our web hosting and security.<\/p>\n

Temporary Operations Center Address<\/h5>\n

You should be able to access all services now. If this is not so, please alert us immediately via any communication channel.
\nAs outlined in the upgrade plans, flights should be started from the temporary address beta.singaporevirtualairlines.org<\/a><\/p>\n

Retiring of the Lounge<\/h5>\n

As part of continuous review of our community engagement and pilot requirements, management has decided to retire the Lounge.
\nThe new HR portal at support.singaporevirtualairlines.org<\/a> and Discord has largely superseded the main functions it was designed for.
\nMore details and timeline on the Lounge’s closure will be released this Friday 27\/8\/21.<\/p>\n

Operations Manual Update<\/h5>\n

Accordingly, the Operations Manual<\/a> has been revised to bring it in line with version 7.
\nPlease go through this during your free time to familiarize yourself with the latest procedures and policies.<\/p>\n

Quick Start Guide<\/h5>\n

The Operations team has released a Quick Start Guide to help you get up to speed with the software and its new features.
\nThis can be found in the Operations Centre under “Operations > Downloads”.<\/p>\n

Although the software has proven to be stable and reliable in beta testing, it is still a work-in-progress.
\nSeveral features are being worked on or ported over from version 5 and we seek your patience during this period.<\/p>\n

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out (on Telegram, for the fastest response).
\nWe will be on increased standby to assist with your migration to the new systems for the next few weeks.<\/p>\n
